What is The Reading Bridge?
The Reading Bridge provides a team of tutors who push-in to classrooms either online or in person to provide individualized, one-to-one literacy tutoring for students who benefit from additional reading support. Our approach is science-based, relationship-centered, and joyful.


Who do you serve?
We serve students in Florida school districts who are developing reading skills and have been identified by teachers, reading coaches, and reading interventionists to need deeper reading support or support through MTSS services.


How does a partnership work?
Our programs are intensive and highly individualized. For 12 weeks, our tutors meet four days per week for 30 minutes with each program participant. We offer several models of push-in services to best meet your school's and educators' needs, making the process streamlined, supportive, and simple for your staff and students.


Who are your tutors?
Our tutors are trained, vetted, and mentored. They receive ongoing support and professional mentoring through The Reading Bridge as they implement the IBP (Individualized Bridge Plan) for each student they serve.


Do you align with school curricula?
Yes. We collaborate with educators and programs to complement existing instruction and support classroom goals.


How are students identified?
Partners may refer students who would benefit from additional support, or families may request services directly.


What does scheduling look like?
Sessions are coordinated around your program schedule and space availability to minimize disruption.


Is this remedial or enrichment services?
We meet students where they are and support growth with dignity and individualized care.
