Join us and our mission! The Reading Bridge is in need of part-time teachers living in Nassau, Duval, St. Johns and Clay counties in Florida. 

We provide the training, mentoring, and support for those who want to make a difference in the lives of children and communities. Teachers are supported every step of the way and are never expected to navigate challenges alone. You do not need to be a State of Florida certified educator to apply. Our methodology, curriculum, and mentorship is offered to you through online course work and in-person learning.

Teachers meet 1:1 with students for 30 or 60 minute long sessions several times during the week to provide scaffolded, explicit reading instruction, maintain and track student data, communicate weekly with parents and other educators, and build relationships with The Reading Bridge community for on-going learning and professional growth.
